Muhammad Arslan

Muhammad ArslanMuhammad Arslan is a faculty member at the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand (Te Pukenga). He holds a Ph.D. degree from Lincoln University, New Zealand, with a focus on accounting and finance. He is a full member of CPA Australia and holds the designation of Certified Practising Accountant (CPA). Arslan is the recipient of the Dean's Award for his PhD thesis from Lincoln University, New Zealand, and has also received two Emerald Literati Awards for “Highly Commended Paper”.He has completed the New Zealand Certificate in Adult and Tertiary Teaching (NZCATT) for further development of his pedagogical skills. His international reputation in research is demonstrated by 30 publications (18 Scopus-indexed publications (12 Web of Science (WoS), including three papers in Q1, five papers in Q2, and five papers in Q3), three chapters (two Scopus-indexed), and eight international conferences such as Academy of Management (AOM), International Conference of the Journal of International Accounting Research, Annual New Zealand Finance Colloquium, ICGS Conference among others. He is an academic editor at PLOS One, SCIE indexed journal. He is also serving as an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Business and Management (ISSN: 2815-9330), reviews funding applications, and research articles for leading journals in his field. His status as an internationally established expert and the cumulative impact of his work is further reflected in an overall h-index of 15 and i-index of 18 (Google Scholar). His papers have received 700+ citations (Google). He is an efficient, well-organised, and responsible scholar who knows how to make things happen. He has already supervised several master's and PhD students. He is open to research collaborations, funding opportunities, and student supervision.
