Modelling of Engineering Systems With Small Data: A Comparative Study
Morteza Mohammadzaheri, Mojtaba Ghodsi, Hamidreza Ziaiefar, Issam Bahadur, Musaab Zarog, Mohammadreza Emadi, Payam Soltani, Amirhosein Amouzadeh. © 2023. 17 pages.
This chapter equitably compares five different artificial intelligence (AI) models and a linear model to tackle two real-world engineering data-driven modelling problems with...
Digital Charge Estimation for Piezoelectric Actuators: An Artificial Intelligence Approach
Morteza Mohammadzaheri, Hamidreza Ziaiefar, Mojtaba Ghodsi. © 2022. 24 pages.
For many piezoelectric actuators and their areas of operating, charge is proportional to the position of the actuator. Thus, for such actuators, estimation of charge is largely...
Development of a Charge Estimator for Piezoelectric Actuators: A Radial Basis Function Approach
Morteza Mohammadzaheri, Mohammadreza Emadi, Mojtaba Ghodsi, Issam M. Bahadur, Musaab Zarog, Ashraf Saleem. © 2020. 14 pages.
Charge of a piezoelectric actuator is proportional to its displacement for a wide area of operating. Hence, a charge estimator can estimate displacement for such actuators....
