Monique Baucham

Monique Baucham is a sixteen-year institutional effectiveness officer who has held various leadership positions in academics, institutional effectiveness, and distance learning. She is also an accreditation evaluator. Dr. Baucham holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma (1994), a Masters of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans (1998), and a Doctor of Education with a concentration in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University (2020). Dr. Baucham is a collaborative leader that exhibits fervor for working across campuses to insure the highest degree of integrity and accountability for both internal and external stakeholders.
