Mohan Kumar

Mohan Kumar has a total of seven years of professional experience, both in the corporate sector and as an academician. Specifically, he has worked in the Public Sector Bank and State Government University, focusing on Marketing and Entrepreneurship Development. He has completed his PhD on the topic of “Motivational Factors and Challenges of Start-Ups in NCR” at the Institute of Management Studies and Research, Maharshi Dayanand University, located in Rohtak-124001, Haryana. He specializes in Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Quantitative Analysis, and Entrepreneurship Development. He has published his research in various esteemed national and international journals. He has actively engaged in both national and international conferences, where he has showcased his research findings. In March 2022, he received the “Best Research Paper Award” at an international conference conducted by IITM, GGSIU, Delhi. He was awarded for his research paper titled “Psychological wellbeing before & during the COVID-19 Pandemic: A longitudinal sample study of creative writers and Directors.” He has successfully participated in various other workshops as well.
