She has a strong background in business analysis, process improvement and communication improvement and CMS guidance. Mishell holds a Bachelor’ degree in Science and a Masters’s Business Administration and she is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration – Intelligence at Marymount University. I am a National Society of Leadership and Success Honor Society member and a Delta Mu Delta Honors Society member. Her passion lies in helping others find their voice and providing a voice for those who don’t have one. Growing up in the suburbs of Chicago to recently moving to the rural Appalachian Mountains in Eastern Kentucky has been life altering for her as she has experienced first-hand the gap in quality healthcare. Many people in the area must travel an hour or more one way to access quality care which can lead to resistance in seeing providers. Mishell’s goal is to help improve the lives of rural Americans by increasing access to care and increase the number of quality providers by encouraging them to settle in these rural communities so that people can experience healthcare close to home.
