Mirit K. Grabarski

Mirit K. Grabarski (PhD) is an assistant professor at the Department of Business Administration, Lakehead University, Canada. Her research interests are career development, positive organizational scholarship (empowerment and resilience), and diversity and inclusion. Her current projects explore individual and organizational support for employee careers, for example through training, compensation and leadership, as well as through diversity programs that remove barriers for career development.
