Minati Sahoo

Minati Sahoo is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics since May, 2013. Prior to joining Central University of Odisha, she has worked as a Lecturer in Economics in Ravenshaw University. She did her MA in Economics from Ravenshaw Autonomous College, Cuttack; M Phil in Economics from Utkal University and Ph.D. in Economics from Ravenshaw University. She has also qualified UGC-NET in Economics. She has published various research papers in leading peer-reviewed national and international journals and edited books. She has also presented several research papers in national and international conferences/seminars. Her research pursuits include Economics of Natural Resources, Gender Economics, Tribal Economics and Agricultural Economics. She is currently teaching Macroeconomic Analysis, Agricultural Economics, Environmental Economics, International Trade, Industrial Economics, and Indian Economic Analysis.
