Miguel Silva Neves

Miguel Neves has a degree in Public Administration from the University of Minho (UM), a Postgraduate Specialisation in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Minho (UM) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Data Analysis for Business from the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave (IPCA). He is currently finalising his Master's Degree in Management, specialising in Human Resources Management. He is interested in areas related to Marketing, Human Resources Management and Professional Training. He currently works as a Human Resources Technician for a company in the construction sector. He thinks it's increasingly important to take part in a variety of activities, so He joined a number of association projects. These experiences have enabled him to develop a range of transversal skills, which he believes are crucial to meeting the challenges of an increasingly competitive and demanding labour market.
