Merlyn Tjimuku

Merlyn Tjimuku is a dedicated Ph.D. candidate in Business Administration and Management at the International University of Management (IUM) in Namibia. With a solid academic foundation in Management, her journey began in 2015, leading to a recent completion of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, majoring in Management. Bringing over 15 years of experience to her role as a Senior Business Analyst (operational) at the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund (MVA Fund), She excels in research and data analysis. Beyond her professional endeavors, she contributed to academia as a board member and Advisory Committee Member at the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST), playing a key role in the implementation of the Bachelor of Business Management Honours degree in 2021. Known for her results-driven approach and sociable nature, Merlyn is committed to advancing knowledge and contributing to organizational development and inclusive work environments in Namibia. Her current research focuses on exploring key factors influencing employee performance in Namibian State-Owned Enterprises, shedding light on crucial aspects for strategic management practices.
