Melina Doargajudhur

Melina Seedoyal Doargajudhur is the Programme Lead for the MBA Strategic Project Management Course in the Business School at Edinburgh Napier University. Prior to joining Edinburgh Napier University Business School, Melina was a senior lecturer at the Curtin Mauritius School of Information Technology, an establishment she joined in 2004. She holds a PhD in Information Systems, a Masters in International Business from Curtin University, Australia, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of South Africa. Her current research interests are Remote Working, Education 5.0, Project Management, Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), Mobile/Digital Technology, Information Systems, Structural Equation Modelling, Positive and negative Work Outcomes, Work Behaviour, Employees’ well-being and burnout, Job Demands and Resources, Future Workforce and Gender Studies.
