Mei Fei Lee

Cynthia Lee Mei Fei is a PhD candidate in law and a graduate research assistant at the University of Malaya (UM) under a research project on competition law and consumer protection in the digital market. The research project is led by Dr Ong Tze Chin and funded under a Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS) by the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education. She is also a lawyer practising civil litigation (contractual and tortious) in Kuala Lumpur. She graduated in law from Cardiff University with an LLB (Hons) and has a Master of Commercial Law (MCL) from the University of Malaya. She was called to the Bar as a barrister at Middle Temple, United Kingdom and is an advocate and solicitor of the High Courts of Malaya, Malaysia.
