Mawarni Mohamed

Mawarni Mohamed obtained her Master Science in Sport Science from New South Wales University, Australia, and her PhD from University Malaya in Leisure Studies (Management & Policy). She obtained her Associate Professorship in 2019. Before joining the Insitution Mawarni worked as an English teacher. Since joining Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Mawarni has carried out projects involving students in schools and other institutions and centers of different backgrounds. Her research interests focus on young adolescents and their time use, physical activities and leisure studies. She has won several medals for teaching innovations, presented papers nationally and internationally, and published papers in preferred Journals and chapters in books
