V. Sheela Mary working as a Professor in Department of Management, Aarupadai Veedu Institute of Technology, Paiyanoor, Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation (Deemed to be University). She has a rich experience in the field of teaching and research. She is a motivating and talented person driven to inspire students to pursue academic excellence. She is having a teaching experience of around 21 years and 11 months. Since 2004, she has been involved in Management education at Aarupadai Veedu Institute of Technology, teaching Management & HR related subjects. She is consistently striving to create a challenging and engaging learning environment in which students become good learners. She has acquired many awards such as Excellence in Organisation Award, Best Women Teacher Award, Best Faculty award twice in different academic years, Best Paper Award (First Prize) twice for presentation of papers in International Conferences and Best Paper Award for publishing a journal in International Journal She has attended and participated in many workshops, seminars, webinars and presented papers in National conferences and International conferences. She has published Book Chapter Publications, Scopus Journal Publications, UGC Care List Journals and International Journals.
