Mary Rani Thomas is presently serving as an Assistant Professor at CHRIST (Deemed to be University) in Bengaluru, India since 2010. She holds an MPhil and a PhD from the same university. Her expertise lies in the domains of Marketing, Management, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Behavior. Dr. Thomas has dedicated her research endeavors to consumer behavior and organizational behavior, with publications featured in esteemed UGC-listed and Scopus journals.
