Mary Ho

Mary Ho currently serves as the Director of Postsecondary Success and the University Center at Cañada College. She has taught a doctoral level course on diversity, equity and inclusion at the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California. Her interests include postsecondary success and completion for minoritized community college students and Asian American Native American and Pacific Islander Serving Institutions and Hispanic Serving Institutions in higher education. Prior to her position at Cañada College and SMCCD she served as the Assistant Dean for Diversity and Strategic Initiatives at the University of Southern California Dornsife College and Director for Asian Pacific American Student Services at the University of Southern California. Ho received her Ed.D in educational leadership from the University of Southern California, a M.A. in Administration, Education & Technology at New York University and her B.A in political science from University of California, Irvine.
