PhD and habilitation in the field of political science. Author of over 100 academic articles and chapters on the political system of the European Union, political participation in the European Union, decision making mechanisms in the EU; European political parties; lobbying in the EU; EU law and the process of its application in the Member States; EU policies and institutions. Since 2009 a member of Team Europe Direct, the network of the European Commission. Editor-in-chief of the scientific journal “Przegląd Europejski” (European Studies Quarterly).
