Maria Pina

Maria PinaMaria de Fátima Pina holds a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Coimbra and the University of Porto. She is an Adjunct Professor at ISLA Santarém and an Invited Auxiliary Professor at ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon. She is Member of the Portuguese Mathematics Society, Member of the Portuguese Automatic Control Association, Member of the Information and Technology Research Centre of the ISLA Santarém Research & Development Unit, and affiliate of IFAC - International Federation of Automatic Control. As a researcher at ISR - UC, Institute of Systems and Robotics of the University of Coimbra she worked in different projects, and her current research interests include interdisciplinary areas, such as, Control Theory, Data Science, Dynamical Systems, Computer Vision, Robotics, Social Sciences and Medical Engineering.
