Collaborating lecturer at UNED, Master and Lifelong Learning courses. Creator of LifeDesigner, professional and personal development consultancy, carrying out mentoring and coaching programmes, professional and personal competences courses. She frequently participates in congresses and articles related to Professional Competences, especially in Leadership, Emotional Intelligence (Self-confidence), Change Management, Life Purpose and Planning and Organisation.
