Manual Selvaraj Bexci, Associate Professor & Deputy Dean and Deputy Dean, Post-Graduate Studies, Faculty of Social Social Sciences, Arts, Lincoln University College, Malaysia. Dr. Manual Selvaraj Bexci is a former journalist and a freelance television content developer cum presenter for commissioned programmes in Doordarshan. For years, she has been teaching research education in media and journalism. Her praxis lies in New Media Communication and intersections of ICT enabled communication in modern human settings. Much of her recent focus has been on disaster preparedness and preventive communication, of which her work explores how emerging technologies can mediate hard pressed barriers.
