Manish Kumar Malhotra

Manish Malhotra is an Assistant Professor and teaching Food Production. He is an academician from more than 13 years and his work experience also includes working with Intercontinental Eros, New Delhi as Senior Chef. He specializes in Indian Cuisine and also having In depth knowledge of World Cuisines. During his tenure, he was responsible for the internal HACCP auditing. He was awarded Chef of the Year (2005) at the Hotel Intercontinental, Nehru Place New Delhi. His achievements include diligently working as Official Volunteer Recruiter for Commonwealth Games 2010. He has attended many workshops including 15-day workshop of Food Safety and Hygiene at IGNOU, New Delhi. He is also an author of various research papers and his research papers also published in various reputed Journals. He has been invited by Colors Television as Knowledge Consultant for scripting and important tips for their cookery show “Malika-E- Kitchen” and also worked as a selector of candidates for a famous cookery show Master Chef India.
