Mai Kikumori

Mai Kikumori is an Associate Professor of Marketing, the College of Business Administration, Ritsumeikan University, Osaka. She received her B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in Marketing from Keio University. Her research interests are in marketing and consumer behavior. She focuses especially on the effects of online word-of-mouth.
