M. Beulah Viji Christiana , Professor in the Department of Management Studies, Panimalar Engineering College affiliated to Anna University, has a got a rich teaching experience which spans over 23 years. She is an experienced and innovative student focused professional and mentor with a proven track record of excellent teaching skills. Her academic qualification encompasses Post Graduate degrees in English Literature and Business Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University, M.Phil in Management Studies from Bharathidasan University and Ph.D in Management Studies from Mother Teresa Women’s University, Kodaikanal . She has published more than 40 research articles in various national and international journals of repute as well as in conferences. Besides she is also known for her role as a reviewer in various journals and she has authored five books.
