With over 20 years of experience in providing significant experience in Multi-service Corporation, process improvement, mergers, acquisitions, systems selections and project life cycle. She has rolled out large change programmes of up to $30 millions for a major healthcare organization. She is a project management leadership coach, trainer, motivator, and exceptional team builder with highly developed sense of insight and people skills, ethical and work performance standards. She has earned both her Bachelor of Business and Professional Management and Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University as well as obtaining other certificates such as Project Methodology, Project Management Qualified (PMQ), and Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (SSBBP) to mention a few that were obtained throughout her career. She is also a Member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). She has created and taught mentorship programs and classes related to Project Management and Information Technology. She has been a faculty member at University of Phoenix teaching classes related to technology. Loredana's belief is that project management success is more about guiding people as it is in relation to managing tasks and processes. In the course of her work she has helped people to become better leader; leaders that set a great personal example, that engage and inspire the team, that are excellent at challenging the status quo, and that understands how to build strong relationships with their employees as well as clients. She believes that there is still so much more to learn in life, you never cease to learn. She sees beyond today's problems toward the possibilities which are just on the other side of tomorrow.
