Liston W. Bailey

Liston W. Bailey is an Associate Research Faculty member with the Center for Educational and Instructional Technology Research, School of Advanced Studies, University of Phoenix. His research interests are the areas of cognitive science, educational technology, strategic thinking, and organizational diversity. He has also worked as a training and education manager for the US Department of Defense. Dr. Bailey earned his PhD from Capella University and has published numerous articles on instructional design and educational technology.
