Linda D. Grooms

Linda D. GroomsDr. Linda D. Grooms currently serves as Professor and Post-Master's Program Chair in the School of Education at Regent University. With almost three decades of leadership experience and degrees in both educational and organizational leadership, she has a passion for nation building through the transformational leadership of educational systems. In addition to her university teaching and service, she conducts leadership training both nationally and internationally, while continuing her longitudinal research in online learning and pedagogy, computer-mediated communication, and virtual leadership development. Both as practitioner and theorist, through her online teaching of more than a decade, Dr. Grooms continues to explore the trends and issues that impact both the online and blended environments.
