Lexi Puhl

Lexi Puhl , recently graduated from California Baptist University with a Master's in Sport and Performance Psychology, is making major progress in the field bridging the gap between psychology and sports. She has a diverse viewpoint in her industry due to her academic career, which began with an undergraduate degree in biomedical science from Marist College with minors in chemistry and psychology. A former Marist College Division 1 water polo player, Lexi's motivation for her professional goals comes from her personal experience in competitive athletics. In addition to creating techniques for young athletes to improve their mental performance, she is presently conducting research on motivation following sports injuries. Lexi's interest in performance psychology stems from her personal sporting experience and the particular difficulties that athletes face. Her main goal is to support athletes and other performers in reaching their maximum potential and developing resilience.
