Lúcia Silva PiedadeLúcia Piedade has a Doctor in Communication Sciences (organizational and crisis communication), Master in Aeronautical Management and Architect. Has worked in aviation for 36 years, the last 20 of which as Operational Supervisor at Lisbon Airport. Currently a lecturer at Lusófona University. Researcher at the Center for Research in Applied Communication, Culture and New Technologies (CICANT) and CEGIST - Center for Management Studies at Instituto Superior Técnico. Her main research lines are about aviation, communication and crisis communication.
