Lúcia Moreira

Lúcia Moreira holds a PhD in Information and Communication in Digital Platforms from the University of Aveiro and the University of Porto. She has authored and co-authored books and publications on User Experience and eLearning and participated in R&D projects for Digital Society. Her research interests mainly revolve around knowledge management, communication technologies for digital learning and health, usability, and user experience. With over 19 years of experience in the fields of telecommunications, knowledge management, user experience and digital transformation, she has successfully led and developed areas and teams that focus on activating human capital through knowledge, process improvement, service and experience design.
