Lakshmi Prasad Panda

Lakshmi Prasad Panda is a seasoned professor and researcher in business and economics. He earned an MBA in Finance from DDCE at Utkal University in Bhubaneswar and a Ph.D. in Economics from Berhampur University in Orissa. Additionally, he has completed a Faculty Development Programme in Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad, and an NPTEL certification course on Managing Intellectual Property Rights in Universities. Since 2010, Dr. Panda has served as an assistant professor of economics at the Government College of Engineering in Kalahandi. Before this, he had teaching posts at Vignan's Institute of Information Technology in Visakhapatnam, and at Centurion School of Rural Enterprise Management (CSREM) Parlakhemundi. as Dean & Associate Professor of Economics. Dr. Panda's research interests include the effects of financial reforms on the performance of MSMEs, environmental uncertainty, and socioeconomic vulnerability. In addition to publishing research articles in peer-reviewed publications, he has published in Scopus -Indexed Journals. Currently, he is supervising supervised 4nos of Ph.D. scholars. Dr. Panda has actively promoted entrepreneurial and startup initiatives in addition to his academic endeavors. He is the Startup Coordinator and IPR Co-ordinator at GCE Kalahandi and has organized several entrepreneurial awareness courses, seminars, and boot camps. Dr. Panda has held various positions, including dean at CSREM Parlkhemundi, deputy center superintendent of exams at GIET, Gunupur, and hostel superintendent at VHR, GCE Kalahandi. She is an expert user of statistical software, including LIMDEP, Easyreg, SPSS-20, and AMOS. Dr. Panda is a dedicated researcher, a passionate entrepreneur advocate, and an energetic instructor. He is an invaluable addition to any academic institution or research organization due to his experience, knowledge, and commitment.
