Lakshmi Prasad Panda

Lakshmi Panda earned a doctorate from Berhampur University Odisha working as Assistant Professor (Economics), Department of Humanities, Government College of Engineering Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna. Prior to his joining at GCE Kalahandi, he had served as Dean (Academics) of CSREM. Dr. Panda has more than 15 years of experience in teaching and research. He has also completed his FDP (IIM, Ahmedabad), MBA (Finance), M.Phil (Economics) and LLB which enables him to develop and deliver courses in the field of Engineering Economics, Entrepreneurship Development and Management area. Dr. Panda has presented papers at national and international conferences as well as published articles and research papers. He has attended several workshops, seminars, symposia and training programmes and has been appreciated at several forums. As a Startup coordinator, Innovation Ambassador (IPR Coordinator) has conducted several “Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp” and programmes to enhance Startup activities for the engineering students. He is also the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) co-ordinator of the institute. He is guiding a doctoral scholar in the human resource management and in the filed of Economics .
