Krysten Nikole Paone-Hurd

Krysten Paone-Hurd is a passionate educator in the field, and is studying for her Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey. She was awarded Governor's Educator of the Year, a recipient of the Outstanding Potential in Educational Leadership Award and a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Her dissertation focuses on school safety and security, specifically the impacts of the teacher induction program on first- and second-year teachers' perceived preparedness.
