Kristi Jauregi-Ondarra

Kristi Jauregi-Ondarra is Associate Professor at Utrecht University and member of the “Language Education” research group at the Institute of Language Sciences. Her main area of research is on CALL, particularly on the role virtual exchanges play in language learning processes, the development of intercultural awareness and changes on teachers’ pedagogical methodologies. Her recent focus of study centers on the impact immersive Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality has on language learning processes. She has initiated and coordinated innovative European projects (E-LIVE, TeCoLa, TILA & NIFLAR) and has published extensively on CALL relevant issues.
