Kelly Yordy

Kelly Yordy is the Director of Graduate Program Development in Leadership and Assistant Professor of Higher Education. She holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership and Administration from Indiana State University where she was awarded the 2016 Bakerman Student Research Award. She earned an M.A. in Higher Education and a B.A. in Communication Studies from Taylor University. She collaborates with several colleagues to provide leadership for the women faculty leadership development program at Taylor University. Dr. Yordy also co-created Leadership Exploration for Women, a leadership development program for professional, entry-level faculty and staff serving at several regional colleges and universities. In addition to her extensive experience teaching, mentoring, and supervising graduate student research, she writes and conducts research in several areas, including women’s leadership development pathways in higher education.
