K. K. Mishra is working as a Professor of Marketing at the University School of Business, Chandigarh University, Mohali, Punjab. He has published 26 national and international research papers including three in Scopus-indexed journals and presented 26 papers at national and international conferences. He has 24 years of teaching and research experience. He did his PhD in Strategy formulation for marketing of services in rural Uttar Pradesh from Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon University, Allahabad. He has qualified for UGC – NET in Management twice.
