Kathlyn Worrell-George

Kathlyn P. Worrell-George is a Doctoral student at the University of the Virgin Islands in the Creative Leadership for Innovation and Change program. She is a disabled United States Army veteran. She received an Associate of Applied Science Degree from Bryant & Stratton College, a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kaplan University, a Master of Public Administration, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Virgin Islands. Kathlyn's research interest is creative phenomenological writing, the veteran community and reintegration, moral injury, transformative phenomenology, mindfulness, creative awareness, personal reflection, Coordinated Management of Communication (CMM), creative leadership, and interest groups.
