Karina Garcia Coleta

Karina Coleta is an Associate professor at Fundacao Dom Cabral (FDC) in the areas of Strategy and Business Models since 2017. She also works as a researcher at the FDC Strategy Reference Center. She is the cofounder of the FDC Practical Community in Business Models. She has gathered experience as a researcher since 2001 when she started to work at the Strategy and Marketing Center at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. Since 1999 she has also worked as a technical and literary translator in the fields of Business Administration and Theology. She has papers, book chapters, and teaching cases published in conferences, journals, and databases in Brazil and abroad. Her interest areas are Strategy, Business Models, and Social Impact Businesses. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais. Master's degree in Theology from Faculdade Jesuíta de Teologia e Filosofia. Specialization in Translation Studies from Universidade Gama Filho. Graduation in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade de Minas Gerais.
