Karen S. Sim

Karen Sim holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Western Australia, and a Bachelor of Science (Cum Laude) in Hotel Management with University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is a lecturer at James Cook University, Singapore, and is also pursuing her PhD in Artificial Intelligence in Hospitality. Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Marketing and Hospitality. A result-oriented professional with an engaging personality and known for her ability to build high-profile global brands, she eagerly shares with students her more than 25 years’ of experience in the Hospitality and Tourism, Financial and Technology industries across Asia-Pacific and Middle East.
