K. Anitha

Anitha. K presently serves as the Head of the Department of Management Studies at Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research (MAHER), located in India. In 2014, she earned her UGC NET Management & HRM qualification. Her research pursuits encompass AI applications in HRM, marketing, and sustainability. Dr. Anitha.K has authored numerous chapters in books published by Springer, CRC Press, and IGI Global, USA. She has actively participated in various conferences, consistently securing Best Paper awards for her contributions. Additionally, she has served as a resource person for faculty development programs. Within MAHER, she holds dual roles as Placement Officer and Assistant Director of Online Education. Notably, she has been honored with the Research Excellence Award consecutively since 2020 at MAHER.
