Jyoti Kumar Chandel is Assistant Professor with Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, Jaipur Campus. He has rich experience in the domains of teaching, training, research and administration. He holds Ph. D. in Commerce and Management Studies from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, India. His current research interests are in Services Marketing, Tourism Management and Digital Businesses. He has published in many peer reviewed refereed international journals and conference proceedings. He reviews research papers for many reputed journals.
