Jyothi Kumar

Jyothi Kumar is presently Dean - CHRIST University, Bannerghatta Road Campus. She is a United Board fellow and has attended a summer course at the Graduate School of Education, Harvard University, USA. She has a teaching Experience of 22 years in the areas of General Management, Finance, Taxation and Strategic Management, both at the Under Graduate and Post Graduate level. She is a member of the Academic Council, Member- Board of Management and Member - Planning and Monitoring Board at Christ University. Her PhD is in the area of Strategy and her work is titled Organizational Sustainability: A Study of corporate Organizations in the Indian Context. Her Areas of Research apart from Sustainability is in area of Skill Development for Students in the Higher Educational Context. She has presented various papers at National and International conferences and received Best Paper awards. She has also delivered various lectures in her areas of Interest and was invited to be a part of the inaugural address during the conferences and seminars organized by Educational Institutions. She has widely traveled on Academic purposes and Internationalization initiatives.
