Juliana Langgat

Juliana Langgat is a senior lecturer of the Hotel Management Program at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Accountancy, Universiti Malaysia Sabah. She obtained her Master in Hospitality Management from the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). She received her PhD in Management from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom. She has presented many research papers related to service quality and sustainability development for hospitality management including restaurant management and event management.
