Juan C. Espinosa is a Professor at the School of Management and Business, Universidad del Rosario, Colombia (South America). He holds BA in Psychology and MSc in Health Psychology from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and Ph.D. Management from Universidad del Rosario. Organizational Behavior is his area of research, and his works have been published in international peer-reviewed journals.
