Josue Emmanuel León-González

Josue León-González is presently pursuing a PhD in Environmental Sciences and holding a master’s degree in Tourism Studies, specialized in Tourism Business Administration, and a bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy. A full-time student at the Faculty of Chemistry at the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico, focusing on developing research and teaching competencies. His research trajectory is centered on the management of tourism enterprises, specifically within the realms of restaurants and hospitality. His investigative efforts traverse various themes including innovation, business resilience, sustainability, tourism consumption, food waste, and food security. Within the spectrum of these inquiries, emphasis is placed on exploring and addressing pertinent issues shaping the dynamics of the hospitality industry.
