José Alberto Claro is an Adjunct Professor Class C Level IV of Administration, with Exclusive Dedication, at UNIFESP - Federal University of São Paulo, Baixada Santista Campus, IMar - Instituto do Mar. Advisor PIBIC-CNPq and Monitoring. Researcher at the Research Laboratory in Smart Cities (UNIFESP). Accredited professor in the Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Program (Master?s) in Science and Technology of the Sea at the Baixada Santista Campus and in the Postgraduate Program (Professional Masters) in Public Policy and Organization Management (UNIFESP-EPPEN-Escola Paulista de Política, Economy and Business-Campus Osasco). I have a degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Santos (1992), a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Methodist University of São Paulo (1998) and a PhD in Social Communication from the Methodist University of São Paulo (2002). I have experience in the area of ​​Administration, with an emphasis on Marketing, working mainly on the following topics: administration, digital positioning, creativity and innovation, organizations, marketing, consumer, continuing education, consumption, sustainability, society and the sea, and scientific communication. Teaching experience since 1996 in undergraduate, specialization and master's courses. Experience as a consultant and manager. He was general coordinator of postgraduate studies (equivalent to pro-rectory), of the Master's program in Administration and editor of scientific journals. Since 2007, he has held the position of Director of Institutional Relations at IMPACTO-Metropolitan Institute of Academic Research and Technical-Operational Consulting. Ad-hoc evaluator of INEP-MEC since 2002, CEE-SP (State Council of Education of São Paulo) since 2013 and of SINAES (Costa Rica) since 2018. Reviewer of Development Agencies: MEC and CNPq.
