John Paul Raj V . is currently the Associate Dean and Associate Professor at Christ (Deemed to be University), Bannerghatta Road Campus. He has done doctor of Philosophy in Management from Bharathiar University and has MBA in Human Resources Management and MSc in Psychology. He is a dynamic human with the blend of psychology and management who firmly believes in the power human potential. He is basically a motivational trainer and an OD consultant. He has conducted over 500 training programs for Corporates as well as Educational institutions on Team Building, Time Management, Attitude Building, Leadership Retreat, Motivation, Personality Development, Kinesics, Interview Skills, Learn to Win, Group Discussion, Building Professional Self, Supervisory Development Program, workmen development program and psychometric test. Some of the well known clients he had worked are Nokia, Fenner, Titan, Naga Ltd, Periyar University and Jegannath Textiles. Besides training, he has also published several research papers in Scopus indexed journals and presented research papers in international conference. His research areas are people analytics, leadership, team building and sustainability.
