Joana Filipa Lopes

Joana Lopes has a Master's degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra, where she is currently studying for a PhD in the same area of specialization - Psychology of Organizations, Work and Human Resources. More specifically, she is dedicated to research in the area of organizational climate and culture. I am a full member of the Portuguese Psychologists' Association and a certified trainer. She currently works as an Organizational, Work and Human Resources Psychologist at the Human Resources Management Service of the University of Coimbra, and is also a consultant in the areas of happiness and well-being at Happytown Portugal - Happiness Science Based. She teaches on the MBA Corporate Happiness and Mental Health, in partnership with ISLA Gaia.
