Jiahong Annie Wang

Jiahong Annie Wang is a third-year doctoral student in Curriculum and Teaching at the University of Kansas. She is an immigrant from China currently living in the United States. She started her career as an EFL teacher in China and is currently working in an urban high-needs school district in the United States as an ESL teacher. She is passionate about language learning and teaching, and her research interests include language learner and teacher identities and advocacy, language curriculum design and assessments, critical literacy, (auto)ethnography, and educational equity.
