Jesús Barrena-MartínezJesús Barrena-Martínez , PhD, is an associated professor in the Department of Business Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, at the University of Cádiz (Spain). His lines of research cover Human Resources Management (HRM), Organizational Behavior and Sustainability. He teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students in subjects such as, Business Management, Managerial Skills, and Organizational Behavior. Specially, he has been teaching “management of emotions” for more than 10 years in the Master Program in Human Resources Management.
