Javaid Ahmad Wani

Javaid Ahmad Wani received his MS in Library and Information Science from the University of Kashmir, India in 2017. In 2018 he was hired as the Librarian by the Higher Education Department of J & K, India for one year. He writes and presents widely on the themes like bibliometrics, altmetrics, human resource management, open access, and grey literature. He has published many research articles in reputed journals like Library Hi Tech, Information Discovery and Delivery, Global Knowledge, Memory and Communication. He is currently perusing PhD in the Department of Library and Information Science at the University of Kashmir on “Human resource management in agriculture university libraries of North India”.
