|Iolanda Vieira - Contributing Author|Iolanda Vieira is Professor at Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo. She holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences and a PhD in Management (with specialization in Marketing and Strategy) from the Faculty of Economics – University of Porto. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the fields of marketing, marketing research, strategic management and business project. Her main research interests are in consumer behaviour, business relationships, consultancy services and entrepreneurship.
